{"id":10119,"date":"2023-12-07T15:06:49","date_gmt":"2023-12-07T20:06:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/andreannemartin.com\/?p=10119"},"modified":"2025-08-20T12:28:26","modified_gmt":"2025-08-20T16:28:26","slug":"almond-cranberry-and-dark-chocolate-galettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epithelia.ca\/en\/recettes\/faible-en-fodmap\/galettes-aux-amandes-canneberges-et-chocolat-noir\/","title":{"rendered":"<span style=\"color:#b57edc;margin-right:6px;\">\ud83d\udd12<\/span>Almond, cranberry and chocolate galettes"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":10120,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"on","_et_pb_old_content":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">500 ml (2 t.) de flocons d\u2019avoine<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">60 ml (1\/4 de t.) de farine de grains entiers, au choix<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">125 ml (1\/2 t.) d\u2019amandes, effil\u00e9es<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">2,5 ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de cannelle moulue<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">2,5 ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de bicarbonate de soude<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">1,25 ml (1\/4 de c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de sel<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 \u0153uf<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">60 ml (1\/4 de t.) de beurre d\u2019amande, naturel<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">60 ml (1\/4 de t.) de dattes Medjool d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es, r\u00e9duites en pur\u00e9e<sup>1<\/sup><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">125 ml (1\/2 t.) de yogourt grec nature, sans lactose *(pour une version faible en FODMAP)<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">2,5 ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019extrait d\u2019amande \u00a0(ou d\u2019extrait de vanille pure)<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">60 ml (1\/4 de t.) de canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, non sucr\u00e9es<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">60 ml (1\/4 de t.) de p\u00e9pites de chocolat noir<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350F (pour convectair) et d\u00e9poser un papier parchemin sur une grande plaque de cuisson (ou 2 moyennes).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer les flocons d\u2019avoine, la farine, les amandes, la cannelle, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Dans un second bol, fouetter l\u2019\u0153uf et m\u00e9langer avec le beurre d\u2019amande, les dattes en pur\u00e9e, le yogourt grec et l\u2019extrait d\u2019amande.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Incorporer les ingr\u00e9dients humides aux ingr\u00e9dients secs. M\u00e9langer.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ajouter les p\u00e9pites de chocolat et les canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Former environ 20 galettes et \u00e9taler sur la ou les plaques de cuisson en laissant un espace suffisant entre chacune d\u2019elles pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019elles collent ensemble. Aplatir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec le revers d\u2019une fourchette.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cuire au four de 12 \u00e0 15 minutes, selon le four, o\u00f9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le dessus des galettes soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9 et qu\u2019elles se d\u00e9collent facilement du papier parchemin.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Laisser ti\u00e9dir sur une grille.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Conserver vos galettes au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. On peut aussi les congeler.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>NOTE\u00a0: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><sup>1 <\/sup>Pour r\u00e9duire les dattes en pur\u00e9e, d\u00e9poser les dattes dans une tasse \u00e0 mesurer allant au micro-ondes.
