Saler et poivrer au go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes restants (sauf les \u00e9pinards) puis remuer pendant 1 minute.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ajouter le bouillon et l'origan puis porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Couvrir et laisser mijoter environ 15 minutes ou poursuivre la cuisson jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres.<\/li>\n \t<li>Retirer du feu. D\u00e9poser les \u00e9pinards sur la soupe sans remuer. Couvrir de nouveau et laisser reposer 2 minutes (pour ramollir les \u00e9pinards).<\/li>\n \t<li>Incorporer le poulet et l'orge. Rectifier l'assaisonnement au besoin, m\u00e9langer et servir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nNOTE : L'orge absorbe le liquide m\u00eame une fois cuit.
