Obst\u00e9tricien-gyn\u00e9cologue, sp\u00e9cialiste en endocrinologie de la reproduction et en infertilit\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 5\">\r\n<div class=\"section\">\r\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\r\n<div class=\"column\">\r\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>1 patate douce moyenne pel\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en cubes<\/p>\r\n<p>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\r\n<p>Poivre au go\u00fbt<\/p>\r\n<p>1 brocoli coup\u00e9 en petits bouquets<\/p>\r\n<p>10 ml (2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same<\/p>\r\n<p>1 bloc de tofu ferme de 454 g coup\u00e9<br \/>en cubes<\/p>\r\n<p>1 avocat coup\u00e9 en lani\u00e8res<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"column\">\r\n<p>1 grenade (arilles)<\/p>\r\n<p>60 ml (1\/4 de tasse)<br \/>de graines de chanvre d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es<\/p>\r\n<p>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de graines de citrouille<\/p>\r\n<p>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe)<br \/>de graines de s\u00e9same<\/p>\r\n<p><em>POUR LA VINAIGRETTE :<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de moutarde de Dijon<\/p>\r\n<p>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/p>\r\n<p>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\r\n<p>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 5\">\r\n<div class=\"section\">\r\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\r\n<div class=\"column\">\r\n<p>1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 190 \u00b0C (375 \u00b0F).<\/p>\r\n<p>2. Sur une plaque de cuisson tapiss\u00e9e de papier parchemin, d\u00e9poser les cubes de patate douce. Arroser d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, puis poivrer. Cuire au four de 35 \u00e0 40 minutes, en retournant les cubes de patate douce \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/p>\r\n<p>3. Pendant ce temps, verser de l\u2019eau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une hauteur de 2,5 cm (1 po) dans une casserole. D\u00e9poser une marguerite dans la casserole, puis y d\u00e9poser le brocoli. Cuire le brocoli \u00e0 la vapeur environ 5 minutes.<\/p>\r\n<p>4. Dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive, chauffer l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Faire dorer les cubes de tofu sur toutes les faces 5 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps en cours de cuisson. Retirer du feu.<\/p>\r\n<p>5. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette.<\/p>\r\n<p>6. Dans quatre bols, r\u00e9partir s\u00e9par\u00e9ment les cubes de patate douce, les cubes de tofu, le brocoli et l\u2019avocat. Garnir d\u2019arilles de grenade.
