Par la suite, on ajoute des bact\u00e9ries pour convertir l\u2019alcool en acide ac\u00e9tique (vinaigre).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Certains mentionnent que le VCP peut aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les sympt\u00f4mes digestifs comme les <a href=\"https:\/\/epithelia.ca\/blogue\/astuces-101-pour-soulager-les-ballonnements\/\">gaz et les ballonnements<\/a>. Par contre, cela n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 au sein de la science.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, quelques \u00e9tudes rapportent que le VCP ralentit la vidange gastrique (\u00e9vacuation du contenu de l\u2019estomac vers l\u2019intestin), ce qui peut aggraver les sympt\u00f4mes de <a href=\"https:\/\/epithelia.ca\/blogue\/reflux-gastro-oesophagiens\/\">reflux<\/a> et de ballonnements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans une \u00e9tude de 10 sujets ayant un diab\u00e8te de type 1 (sous insuline) souffrant de gastropar\u00e9sie (ralentissement de la vidange gastrique), le VCP a ralenti davantage la vidange gastrique des participants. Malheureusement, la <strong>science<\/strong> sur ces derniers est <strong>absente<\/strong>! De plus, la quantit\u00e9 de pectine pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 la fin de la fermentation est n\u00e9gligeable, donc insuffisante pour les effets d\u00e9sirables potentiels. En effet, certains mentionnent que les sympt\u00f4mes de reflux gastriques peuvent \u00eatre caus\u00e9s par une production d\u2019acide plus faible, et non un exc\u00e8s! Ainsi, le manque d\u2019acidit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019estomac peut alt\u00e9rer la digestion, cr\u00e9er une fermentation plus grande des aliments et, par cons\u00e9quent, des gaz !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par contre, <strong>aucune science<\/strong> n\u2019a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 ces m\u00e9canismes ni les bienfaits de l\u2019utilisation du VCP sur l\u2019estomac. Par son acidit\u00e9, cela peut nuire \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des dents. On doit \u00e9viter le contact direct sur les dents (ex. avec l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une paille) et de surcro\u00eet, bien rincer la bouche apr\u00e8s aident \u00e0 r\u00e9duire des effets nuisibles de l\u2019\u00e9rosion de l\u2019\u00e9mail des dents.
