Par contre, comme bien d\u2019autres types d\u2019alimentation, l\u2019adopter via des aliments transform\u00e9s n\u2019est pas recommand\u00e9. Par exemple, une alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne peut inclure des aliments transform\u00e9s (ex. frites, croquettes v\u00e9g\u00e9, pizza).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On recommande de viser alors une <strong>alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tale peu transform\u00e9e<\/strong> (Whole food plant-based) qui r\u00e9duit les produits animaux et transform\u00e9s (4). La r\u00e9duction des aliments transform\u00e9s contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 limiter les inconforts intestinaux comme les <strong>ballonnements<\/strong>, les <strong>gaz<\/strong> et la <strong>diarrh\u00e9e<\/strong>. En effet, des teneurs \u00e9lev\u00e9es en sucres et en gras ajout\u00e9s peuvent cr\u00e9er des inconforts. Elle favorise un <strong>microbiote intestinal sain<\/strong>, important pour un <strong>bien-\u00eatre digestif<\/strong>. Des bienfaits sur la gestion des conditions intestinales comme le <strong>syndrome de l\u2019intestin irritable<\/strong> (ou c\u00f4lon irritable) ainsi que les <strong>maladies inflammatoires de l\u2019intestin<\/strong> (maladie de Crohn, colite ulc\u00e9reuse) ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pas besoin de devenir v\u00e9g\u00e9talien pour en retirer les bienfaits. Int\u00e9grez <strong>graduellement<\/strong> des repas v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens dans votre alimentation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On peut commencer par int\u00e9grer certaines l\u00e9gumineuses (ex. lentilles) ou encore le tofu \u00e9miett\u00e9 aux repas traditionnels de viande hach\u00e9e (ex. sauce spaghetti, boulette de viande, pain de viande).
