Cet article explore les limites et les avantages de l\u2019IMC, tout en proposant des alternatives pour mieux \u00e9valuer la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comprendre l\u2019IMC et ses cat\u00e9gories<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019IMC est un outil d\u2019indicateur de risque pour la sant\u00e9 (4). Des nuances de classification sont souvent n\u00e9cessaires pour les gens de <strong>plus de 65 ans<\/strong> ainsi que <strong>groupes ethniques et raciaux<\/strong>.
