Une <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/epithelia.ca\/lexique-de-la-sante-intestinale\/\">revue syst\u00e9matique<\/a><\/strong> et m\u00e9ta-analyse de 11 \u00e9tudes contr\u00f4l\u00e9es randomis\u00e9es (\u00e9tudes les plus robustes) de 870 participants rapporte des bienfaits du suppl\u00e9ment dans ce contexte (7). Les r\u00e9sultats mentionnent une am\u00e9lioration significative de la fonction et de la douleur lors d\u2019arthrose du genou avec le suppl\u00e9ment de collag\u00e8ne (vs groupe t\u00e9moin) sur une dur\u00e9e entre 10 et 48 semaines (7).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans le m\u00eame sens, une autre m\u00e9ta-analyse de 4 \u00e9tudes contr\u00f4l\u00e9es randomis\u00e9es de 507 participants a \u00e9valu\u00e9 les bienfaits des suppl\u00e9ments de collag\u00e8ne lors d\u2019<strong>arthrose du genou<\/strong> (3). Cette \u00e9tude rapporte une diff\u00e9rence significative dans le soulagement de la douleur entre le groupe de <strong>collag\u00e8ne hydrolys\u00e9<\/strong> et celui placebo (3).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019<strong>arthrose \u00ab\u00a0en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, une revue syst\u00e9matique et m\u00e9ta-analyse regroupant 7 \u00e9tudes de <strong>collag\u00e8ne hydrolys\u00e9<\/strong> rapporte une r\u00e9duction de la douleur \u00e0 court terme (moins de 3 mois), mais le niveau d\u2019\u00e9vidence des \u00e9tudes est faible (4). L\u2019article mentionne aucun bienfait observ\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme (plus de 6 mois) (4).
