Incorporer tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients secs (psyllium, graines, cannelle, sel et fraises lyophilis\u00e9es).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer la banane, le beurre d\u2019arachide et les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer les ingr\u00e9dients humides aux ingr\u00e9dients secs. Bien m\u00e9langer.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Transf\u00e9rer le m\u00e9lange dans le moule carr\u00e9 et bien compacter avec le bout des doigts.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire au four 10 \u00e0 15 minutes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Laisser temp\u00e9rer sur une grille.<\/li>\n<li>Trancher en carr\u00e9s de la grosseur d\u00e9sir\u00e9e*<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">** Facultatif: Avant de trancher en carr\u00e9s, vous pourriez faire fondre du chocolat noir et garnir la surface de la pr\u00e9paration de quelques lign\u00e9es de chocolat. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer quelques minutes pour laisser le chocolat cristalliser, puis trancher en carr\u00e9s de grosseur d\u00e9sir\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>Conserver au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu\u2019au moment de d\u00e9guster.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Notes\u00a0:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le beurre d\u2019arachide pourrait \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par n\u2019importe quel autre beurre de noix ou de graines au choix.<\/li>\n<li>Les fruits lyophilis\u00e9s sont des fruits qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s \u00e0 froid. Les produits lyophilis\u00e9s sont de tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9. En fait, la lyophilisation est la technique de d\u00e9shydratation qui alt\u00e8re le moins la forme, la texture, la couleur, le go\u00fbt et la valeur nutritionnelle des produits. Les fruits lyophilis\u00e9s sont vendus dans des emballages sous vide dans la plupart des \u00e9piceries (IGA, La Moisson, en ligne, etc.).<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert\">Autrement, si vous ne souhaitez pas acheter ce type de fraises, vous pourriez ajouter des fruits s\u00e9ch\u00e9s (canneberges, raisins secs) \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. Dans ce cas, toutefois, attention aux FODMAP!
