Faire chauffer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les champignons soient bien tendres. Laisser ti\u00e9dir dans un bol dont le fond est garni d\u2019un essuie-tout (<u>enlever le surplus d\u2019eau de la cuisson des l\u00e9gumes. Tr\u00e8s important de bien \u00e9ponger les l\u00e9gumes afin d\u2019\u00e9viter que le m\u00e9lange soit trop liquide et difficile \u00e0 manipuler).\u00a0<\/u><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dans un robot culinaire, r\u00e9duire les l\u00e9gumes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 consistance lisse. R\u00e9server dans un grand bol et \u00e9ponger \u00e0 nouveau si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Une fois les lentilles et le millet cuits, les d\u00e9poser dans le robot culinaire avec le persil, les raisins secs et le m\u00e9lange \u201c\u00e9pices pour la garniture\u201d. R\u00e9duire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 consistance lisse.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Incorporer le m\u00e9lange lentilles-millet-\u00e9pices aux l\u00e9gumes. M\u00e9langer \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong><em>(P\u00e2te):<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dans un petit bol, fouetter l'\u0153uf. Ajouter les flocons d\u2019avoine et la farine de pois-chiches.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Incorporer <u>progressivement<\/u> les blancs d\u2019\u0153uf en m\u00e9langeant environ 100 ml, mais tout d\u00e9pendant de la farine, cela peut-\u00eatre plus ou moins. (Ajouter les blancs d\u2019\u0153uf une petite quantit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange se tienne bien tout en \u00e9tant un peu humide et coulant).<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ajouter le gingembre et le romarin. Poivrer au go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Garnir les 18 moules \u00e0 muffins avec le m\u00e9lange de p\u00e2te (environ 1 c. \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te par moule).<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cuire au four 8 \u00e0 10 minutes, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la base soit solide.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong><em>(Sauce aux canneberges) :\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dans un chaudron, faire bouillir les canneberges, les dattes, le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable et l\u2019eau.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Poursuivre la cuisson jusqu\u2019\u00e0 consistance d\u00e9sir\u00e9e (plus \u00e9paisse ou plus liquide) en brassant occasionnellement pour \u00e9viter que la pr\u00e9paration colle au fond. Rectifier la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Retirer du rond et laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 y ajouter des \u00e9pices (cannelle, clou de girofle) selon votre go\u00fbt<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Conserver dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur (se cong\u00e8le).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong><em>(Assemblage):<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Une fois la p\u00e2te cuite, r\u00e9partir uniform\u00e9ment la garniture dans chacun des moules.
