R\u00e2per la courgette pour obtenir environ 250 ml (1 tasse) et \u00e9ponger. Hacher finement le basilic.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>2. Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer la courgette, le persil, la chapelure, le fromage parmesan, l\u2019oeuf et la dinde. Poivrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement et ajouter le sel.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>3. Avec les mains, former 24 boulettes d\u2019environ 2.5 cm (1 po) de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>4. Chauffer une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, verser un peu d\u2019huile et faire cuire les boulettes en deux fois environ 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>5.
