R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>2. Dans un autre bol, mixer les deux sortes de farine avec la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te, le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable et le sel. Ajouter le panais r\u00e2p\u00e9 et remuer.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>3. Ajouter la boisson de soya et les \u0153ufs au m\u00e9lange de farine. Brasser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>4. Dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive, chauffer un peu d\u2019huile \u00e0 feu moyen. Former quelques galettes de 7,5 cm (3 po) en utilisant environ 60 ml (1\/4 de tasse) de pr\u00e9paration au panais pour chacune d'elles. Cuire de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que des bulles se forment \u00e0 la surface des galettes.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Retourner d\u00e9licatement les galettes et poursuivre la cuisson de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter avec le reste de la pr\u00e9paration de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 former huit galettes.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>5. R\u00e9partir les galettes dans quatre assiettes.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>6. Garnir de sauce aux fines herbes, de crabe, d\u2019oignon et de ciboulette. Servir avec les quartiers de lime et la salade qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise (voir recette ci-dessous).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><em>Pour accompagner<\/em><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Salade qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Dans un saladier, fouetter 45 ml (3 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive avec 30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de vinaigre de cidre ainsi que le jus et le zeste d' 1 orange et de 1 lime biologique. Saler et poivrer.
