Moudre les graines de lin si ce n\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Bien m\u00e9langer les graines de lin moulues, les graines de cam\u00e9line et de s\u00e9same, les fines herbes, le poivre et l\u2019eau.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te sur le papier parchemin Cookina et y placer un autre papier parchemin sur le dessus. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2te, \u00e9tendre la p\u00e2te jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une \u00e9paisseur d\u2019environ 3 mm.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Retirer le papier parchemin du dessus et enfourner pendant 15 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Sortir la plaque du four.
