Transf\u00e9rer la pr\u00e9paration dans une assiette et r\u00e9server.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, chauffer le reste de l\u2019huile \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Cuire la dinde hach\u00e9e de 6 \u00e0 8 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle ait perdu sa teinte ros\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Ajouter la mac\u00e9doine de l\u00e9gumes et la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019oignon. Poivrer. Poursuivre la cuisson 10 minutes. Retirer du feu et r\u00e9server.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Pendant ce temps, verser environ 2,5 cm (1 po) d\u2019eau dans une casserole. D\u00e9poser une marguerite dans la casserole, puis y d\u00e9poser les pommes de terre et les panais. Cuire les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 la vapeur de 10 \u00e0 15 minutes, jusqu'\u00e0 tendret\u00e9. Transf\u00e9rer les pommes\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">de terre et les panais dans un bol.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li>Ajouter le reste des ingr\u00e9dients de la pur\u00e9e dans le bol. R\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide du m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 main.<\/li>\n \t<li>Dans un plat de cuisson rond de 23 cm (9 po), verser la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la dinde hach\u00e9e. \u00c9galiser la surface.
