Cuire les poireaux et les carottes de 4 \u00e0 5 minutes en remuant.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Ajouter l'eau et, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9, le fumet de poisson. Remuer.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> D\u00e9poser le saumon sur les l\u00e9gumes. Porter le liquide \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis couvrir et laisser mijoter de 5 \u00e0 7 minutes. Transf\u00e9rer le saumon dans une assiette et r\u00e9server au chaud.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 \u201cdoux\u201d et poursuivre la cuisson de la pr\u00e9paration aux poireaux de 1 \u00e0 2 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Ajouter le cheddar, le parmesan, l\u2019ail, la ciboulette et le persil dans la po\u00eale. Poivrer et remuer. Chauffer 2 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen en remuant, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les fromages soient fondus.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> R\u00e9partir le quinoa cuit dans quatre assiettes.
