Filtrer le liquide et le faire congeler dans un bac \u00e0 gla\u00e7ons.<\/span>\n<h2><b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dans un grand bol, \u00e9craser grossi\u00e8rement les haricots \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un pilon ou d'une fourchette.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Ajouter les oignons verts, les poivrons, le son d\u2019avoine, l\u2019ail, le quinoa, l\u2019\u0153uf,&nbsp;le sel et le poivre. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Avec les mains, former 4 boulettes.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive, chauffer l\u2019huile \u00e0 feu moyen et&nbsp;y d\u00e9poser les boulettes en les \u00e9crasant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule.
