(4 t.) de b\u00e9b\u00e9s \u00e9pinards<\/li>\n \t<li>60 ml (1\/4 de t.) de fraises biologiques ou bien lav\u00e9es, coup\u00e9es<\/li>\n \t<li>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 s.) de mandarines, fra\u00eeches ou en conserve<\/li>\n \t<li>60 ml (1\/4 de t.) de noix de Grenoble, hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n \t<li>1 filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, aromatis\u00e9e aux agrumes ou \u00e0 l\u2019orange sanguine*<\/li>\n \t<li>Poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer un po\u00ealon \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\n \t<li>Saisir le saumon pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 puis, baisser le feu et laisser cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la cuisson d\u00e9sir\u00e9e. Poivrer au go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n \t<li>Dans deux bols, d\u00e9poser les \u00e9pinards puis le quinoa ti\u00e9di. Ajouter les fruits et les noix de Grenoble.
