Ouvrir le saumon en portefeuille.<\/li>\n \t<li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la roquette avec la feta, la ricotta et le basilic. Saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n \t<li>Garnir le saumon de la pr\u00e9paration. Refermer le filet \u00e0 l\u2019aide de cure-dents de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 couvrir la garniture et le maintenir ferm\u00e9.<\/li>\n \t<li>D\u00e9poser le filet de saumon sur une plaque de cuisson tapiss\u00e9e de papier parchemin. Cuire au four de 18 \u00e0 22 minutes.<\/li>\n \t<li>R\u00e9gler le four \u00e0 la position \u00ab gril \u00bb (broil).
