Saler et poivrer. Cuire au four jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur et croustillants \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n \t<li>Pendant ce temps, cuire le millet.&nbsp;Dans une casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition l\u2019eau et le millet. Couvrir et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant environ 20 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les grains de millet soient cuits, mais encore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croquants sous la dent. \u00c9goutter.<\/li>\n \t<li>Une fois le tout cuit, assembler les plats: d\u00e9poser le millet au fond des bols puis ajouter, le chou kale, les l\u00e9gumes racines, les pois chiches, la betterave, les graines de citrouille et les arilles de pomme grenade.
