Faire bouillir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il ne reste plus d\u2019eau. Brasser et changer le tempeh de c\u00f4t\u00e9 occasionnellement. \u00c0 la fin de la cuisson, le tempeh aura caram\u00e9lis\u00e9.<\/li>\n \t<li>Pendant ce temps, faire cuire les l\u00e9gumes dans une po\u00eale.<\/li>\n \t<li>Servir chaque portion d\u2019un quart de bloc de tempeh, du quart des l\u00e9gumes et de sarrasin cuit. Garnir de feuilles de menthe fra\u00eeches si d\u00e9sir\u00e9. Ajouter des morceaux de dattes pour une petite touche sucr\u00e9e!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*Note\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voici une m\u00e9thode qui permet de r\u00e9ussir sa cuisson de sarrasin \u00e0 tout coup\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour chaque portion de sarrasin = 1,5 portion d\u2019eau (exemple, 1 tasse de sarrasin = 1,5 tasse d\u2019eau)<\/p>\n\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n \t<li>Faire bouillir l\u2019eau \u00e0 couvert.<\/li>\n \t<li>Une fois l\u2019eau en \u00e9bullition, ajouter le sarrasin.
