Ingredients

rolled oats

cup
almonds
crushed
½

wild blueberries
dried

tablespoon
chia seeds

tablespoon
flaxseed
ground
½
cup
almond butter or tahini
1
tsp.
vanilla extract

tsp.
cinnamon
¼
cup
applesauce
unsweetened

tablespoon
water
if necessary
Instructions
In a bowl, combine oats, almonds, dried wild blueberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon and vanilla.
Add almond butter and applesauce. Mix well until smooth.
If the dough is too dry, add a little water.
Pour the mixture into a square mould lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
