Beet powder: Beet powder is made from whole beets that have been dehydrated and ground to a fine powder. Colorful and fragrant, it's a perfect addition to pasta meals, mashed potatoes, snacks, smoothies and even oatmeal. It's prized for its high content of polyphenols and betalains, powerful antioxidants with anti-tumor properties. What's more, beet is a prebiotic, promoting good digestive health by nourishing the gut's good bacteria.
