Medjool dates
pitted and soaked 10 min if dry
½
cup
cup walnuts or almonds
¼
cup
wild blueberry powder
2
tablespoon
of hemp seeds
2
tablespoon
sunflower seeds
1
tablespoon
ground flaxseed
½
tsp.
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a food processor, chop nuts, seeds and wild blueberry powder.
Add the dates and vanilla, then blend until a sticky paste forms.
Form small balls with your hands.
Roll in a little wild blueberry powder for a colourful effect and even more flavour!
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
