Medjool dates, pitted

cup
rolled oats

cup
dried cranberries
(ideally reduced in added sugar)

chopped walnuts
(almonds or pecans)

of hemp seeds
Shredded coconut for coating
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except coconut in food processor, form into balls, roll in coconut and refrigerate for 30 min.
