Oat bran pancakes
Flourless pancakes are quick and easy to prepare for a nutritious breakfast or snack!

Ingredients
1
egg
¼
t. (60 ml)
plain soy beverage or kefir
⅓
t. (80 ml)
oat bran
1
tbsp (15 ml)
wheat germ
1 ½
tsp (7.5 ml)
baking powder
(baking powder)
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk, then add the dry ingredients.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Spoon the batter into the pan and cook until the top is bubbly and the underside is golden brown.
Turn over and brown the other side.
Serve on a plate and top with fresh or frozen fruit, yogurt, applesauce or a little maple syrup.
