Choco-coffee cold oatmeal

Ingredients

quick-cooking rolled oats
(or buckwheat or quinoa flakes)

t. (60 ml)
zucchini, grated

tbsp (45 ml)
textured vegetable protein (PVP)

tbsp (15 ml)
of each: ground flax seeds and chia seeds

tsp (5 ml)
cocoa powder

tsp (5 ml)
decaffeinated coffee with water, ground

banana, mashed with a fork

vegetable drink of your choice
(or milk)

kefir
Trim

choice of berries
Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix everything except the filling in a Mason jar.
Place in the fridge.
Add the garnish just before serving and enjoy it with a good latté!
