Ingredients
Cranberry base

frozen cranberries

Cereal mix

(or more, depending on desired texture) vanilla-flavoured soy beverage - unsweetened vanilla-flavoured soy beverage

(add when ready to eat)
Instructions
Express cranberry compote
In a small saucepan, cook the cranberries with the water until they burst (about 5 minutes).
Puree with a stick blender. Add chia seeds, mix well and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Pour the cranberry base into the bottom of a Mason jar (375 ml).
Cereal mix
In a bowl, combine buckwheat flakes, oats and vegetable protein.
Place this dry mixture on top of the compote.
Add the soy beverage on top. It will slowly hydrate the cereal.
Leave to stand for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
Finish with apple pieces when ready to eat
