Ingredients
⅓t. (80 ml)quick-cooking rolled oats
⅓t. (80 ml)plain lactose-free Greek yogurt
⅓t. (80 ml)unsweetened almond milk
1tbsp (15 ml)camelina or chia seeds
1tsp (5 ml)ground flaxseed
½t. (125 ml)choice of berries
Banana slices
Fillet of nut butter or seeds of your choice
Spices of your choice (e.g. cinnamon and ginger)
Maple syrup drizzle
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except maple syrup in a Mason jar.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Before serving, add a drizzle of maple syrup.
Notes
