spelt flour

baking powder

baking soda

hemp seeds

tablespoons (60 ml)
walnuts, chopped

pumpkin seeds, chopped

egg, lightly beaten

maple syrup

organic canola oil

skim milk or vegetable drink

fresh or frozen cranberries (thawed)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease and flour a loaf pan
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, hemp seeds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine beaten egg, maple syrup, oil, milk, bananas and cranberries.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Place the dough in the loaf tin and bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Let cool for 45 minutes before unmolding.
