Maple BBQ chicken plate

Ingredients
1
red bell pepper
cut into large cubes

t. (250 ml)
broccoli
cut into large florets
2
carrots
peeled and thinly sliced
3
bok choy babies
sliced

t. (125 ml)
maple BBQ Harmonie sauce
300
g
chicken breast
cut into strips
1 ½
t. (375 ml)
cooked basmati rice
Pepper to taste or cayenne pepper or Korean Gochugaru pepper powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F, then place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Pour the maple BBQ sauce, chicken strips, peppers, broccoli, carrots and bok choy into a large bowl. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the basmati rice according to package directions.
When ready to serve, simply place the chicken and vegetables over the rice and season with pepper to taste.
