In a frying pan, over medium-high heat, brown the sesame seeds for 5 to 7 minutes without adding any fat. Stir frequently and remove from heat as soon as the sesame changes color. Transfer immediately to a small bowl to stop cooking.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
If desired, grind the spice mixture to a powder using a mortar and pestle.
Store in an airtight container.
