Mediterranean bean salad

Ingredients
Salad

of Quebec beans
sliced into small pieces

t. (125 ml)
cherry tomatoes

t. (80 ml)
frozen peas
thawed

t. (60 ml)
feta cheese
crumbled
Pepper to taste
Vinaigrette

tbsp (15 ml)
olive oil
1
tbsp (15 ml)
wine vinegar
½
tsp (2.5 ml)
Dijon mustard
½
tsp (2.5 ml)
Provence herbs
½
tsp (2.5 ml)
maple syrup
Instructions
Place all salad ingredients on a plate. Set aside.
Place the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a bowl. Mix vigorously, then spread over the bean salad.
Mix well. Serve.
