Homemade tzatzíki sauce (low FODMAP)

Ingredients

cup (180 ml)
plain Greek yogurt
(lactose-free for low FODMAP content)
½
English cucumber (or 1 small Lebanese), grated and well drained

small clove garlic, finely chopped
(garlic flower for low FODMAP content)

tablespoon (15 ml)
fresh lemon juice

tablespoon (15 ml)
extra-virgin olive oil

tsp (10 ml)
fresh dill, chopped
(or mint for variety)
Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Serve as a dip or sauce with a meal.
