plain soy beverage, unsweetened

spinach, organic

t. (125 ml)
Greek yogurt, vanilla flavour

hemp seeds, shelled

blueberries, frozen
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the container of an electric mixer. Blend until smooth. Add a little water if necessary.
