These avocado tartines are revisited with the addition of kimchi! They're divinely good, especially if you like your meals spicy and tasty!

Ingredients
Tofu marinade
1tbsp (15 ml)tamari sauce sodium-reduced
2tsp (10 ml)sesame oil
Juice of half a lime
½tsp (2.5 ml)by Sambal Oelek
Tartine
2slices of whole-grain breadgrilled
1lawyer
½block (225 g)tofusliced
of kimchi*
Coriander to taste
Instructions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a small container. Place on tofu slices to cover well. Place in the fridge and marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place the marinated tofu on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
A few minutes before the tofu is due to finish cooking, toast the bread, then divide the avocado between the two slices. Then add the tofu, kimchi and coriander.
