Chocolate chia pudding
Ingredients
- 2 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chia seeds
- 2 tsp (10 ml) of cocoa
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) by camu-camu
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) maple syrup
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) vegetable drink of your choice (almond, oat or coconut for a low-FODMAP version)
