Épithélia Inc. offers nutrition consultations, online training, eBooks, guides, menus, digital tools, and other digital products and services.
Our services are hosted on WooCommerce for transactions and LearnDash for online courses, among others.
2.1 Purchases and payments
We accept payments through the methods made available on the site.
Full payment must be received before access to digital products or services is granted.
Prices, promotions, and offers are subject to change without notice.
2.2 Refunds
All purchases are generally non-refundable, except in special cases where the product or service does not match its description or has major defects.
Reimbursement requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Épithélia Inc.
2.3 Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Any cancellation or modification of an appointment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time.
If you miss an appointment or cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee.
This policy ensures the time reserved by our professionals is respected and guarantees better availability for all our clients.
2.4 Access to Training and User Accounts
Access to training and digital content is reserved exclusively for the buyer.
Account sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution of access and content are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Épithélia Inc.
Épithélia Inc. reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access to any training or service in case of misuse, fraud, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, access to training courses is granted for the duration indicated on the sales page of the relevant product.
3. Intellectual property
The content published on epithelia.ca, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloadable documents, tools, menus, recipes, software compilations, and educational materials, is the property of Épithélia Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
