Malorie Munger

Dietitian nutritionist

Malorie is a passionate nutritionist who has always struck a balance between the pleasure of eating well and well-being. Drawing on her expertise in nutrition, she guides her customers towards a healthier diet, while promoting gourmet pleasure at the table. Her philosophy is simple: eating well should never be synonymous with deprivation.

Blue to the core, she nonetheless crossed the Laurentian Park to study nutrition at Université Laval, along with a degree in psychology. As soon as she finished her degree, she went the other way to settle back in the countryside. An animal lover, she loves looking after her small farm and cultivating an authentic bond with the land. This closeness to nature feeds her nutritional approach, based on simple, natural and environmentally-friendly foods. Malorie shares her passion through captivating conferences, where she raises public awareness of the importance of a balanced, tasty diet. Her aim is to demystify nutrition while offering concrete, accessible advice.

Andréanne Martin is a visionary entrepreneur with a bachelor's degree in nutrition, who is passionate about projects that promote healthy lifestyle habits to help as many people as possible feel better. She puts her expertise in digestive health at the service of doctors, healthcare professionals and the general public through training courses and conferences on the science of nutrition and the microbiota.

She is the businesswoman behind the clinic and Épithélia Pro. The first in her profession in Quebec to integrate artificial intelligence and intestinal microbiota analysis as added value to her approach, her leadership, dynamism and diverse experience have enabled her to develop a strategic and interdisciplinary vision to propel several major projects.

Board member of EO Québec, recipient of the Innovative Personality of the Year award in 2017 presented by the Association des cliniques médicales du Québec and Telus Santé, named Young Business Personality 2020 in the Sports, Health and Nutrition category, she is recognized for her committed personality, her role and her contribution to improving access to and quality of healthcare services. A web & TV columnist, international speaker and morning co-host on Rouge FM, she is also co-author of four bestsellers and author of a fifth book dealing with her main expertise: microbiota.
