How do I log in to the course?
- Go to Epithelia.ca
- Click on Training connection in the top right-hand corner of the site.
- Then click on Login on the page that appears.
- Enter your access details: e-mail address + password (the one you created when you purchased)
- You can then access your training by clicking on the corresponding image at the bottom.
Do I have access to the Epithelia recipe bank?
Absolutely! When you buy this training course, you get a one-year subscription to our exclusive recipes. You can go directly to the Recipes and click on a locked recipe. You will then be asked for your access details (the same as for logging in to your training program).
You can also log on to Training connection (still with the same access) and the recipe bank will be in the bottom options like your training.
How long do I have access to training?
You have access to your training for life (or until the platform no longer exists hi).
When does training start?
The next cohort begins February 9.
I haven't received the link to reset my password, what should I do?
Don't panic! Sometimes our e-mails get junk mail or don't arrive at all. If after checking your junk folder you still can't find it, simply write to our coordinator and she'll be happy to do it for you!
I received the password reset email, but there is no hyperlink, what should I do?
Sometimes/often, the link is there, but it's white on white, so you can't see it in the e-mail. If you click on it anyway, it will take you to the reset page. If this doesn't work, write to our coordinator who will help you with the procedure.
How much time should I set aside each week?
About 1 to 2 hours per week is all it takes to watch the capsules, do the exercises and complete the challenges. The program is designed to fit easily into a busy schedule.
Will I receive receipts for my insurance?
Yes! Training is offered by registered dietitian-nutritionists. A insurance receipt you will receive on request from you to our coordinator so you can make a claim, depending on your coverage.

For anyone who has had enough of dieting and would like to adopt a more sustainable and caring diet. Whether you want to improve your relationship with food, stabilize your weight or better understand your body, this course is for you!
Is there any support during the course?
Absolutely! You'll have access to private Facebook group to ask your questions, share your thoughts and exchange with other participants. Roxanne and Malorie are there to support you every step of the way.
You can then meet a nutritionist from our team to continue or complete your personal process.
Can I take the course at my own pace?
Yes, even if there's a new theme every week, you retain access to content so you can consult them at your own pace.
What is your refund policy?

At Epithelia, we're committed to your satisfaction and well-being. Our training courses are designed to help you develop a healthy, free and lasting relationship with food.
Refund claim deadline
We offer a refund full within 7 days after purchase, provided that no complete module has been viewed or downloaded.
❌ Exceptions - No refund in the following cases:
