- 10 leaves mint
- 1 tsp (15 ml) fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup (250 ml) Kombucha (your favorite flavor)
- ¾ the cup (190 ml) non-alcoholic white wine (or sparkling apple cider)
Instructions
- In a pitcher or Mason jar, combine the mint, berries, ginger, and half of the kombucha.
- Lightly mash the ingredients with a wooden spoon to release their flavors.
- Add the rest of the kombucha and refrigerate the mixture.
- When consuming, offer it on ice if desired and add the wine.
