Ingredients

  • 1 t. (250 ml) plain soy beverage, unsweetened
  • 1 t. (250 ml) spinach, organic
  • ½ t. (125 ml) Greek yogurt, vanilla flavour
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) hemp seeds, shelled
  • ¼ banana
  • ½ t. (125 ml) blueberries, frozen

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the container of an electric mixer. Blend until smooth. Add a little water if necessary.
