A spicy tuna salad!

Ingredients

  • 2 box white tuna, flaked, canned
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp ( 5 ml) Sriracha or Sambal Oelek
  • 1 file (zest and juice)
  • 2 t. (500 ml) carrots, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 heart romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) green onion (the green part only)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Use in salads (with a low-FODMAP grain/cereal) or in sandwiches/wraps
