Spicy tuna salad - low FODMAP
A spicy tuna salad!
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 2 box white tuna, flaked, canned
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ( 5 ml) Sriracha or Sambal Oelek
- 1 file (zest and juice)
- 2 t. (500 ml) carrots, grated
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 heart romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) green onion (the green part only)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Use in salads (with a low-FODMAP grain/cereal) or in sandwiches/wraps
