How much protein should I eat?
The target amount of protein per day varies depending on factors such as physical activity and age. With medication, protein is a nutrient to aim for to preserve muscle mass during weight loss. For those with a low appetite, protein should be prioritized in meals and snacks.
Is it normal to be tired?

How long do I have access to training?

Will I receive receipts for my insurance?
Yes! Training is offered by registered dietitian-nutritionists. A insurance receipt you will receive on request from you to our coordinator so you can make a claim, depending on your coverage.

Refund claim deadline
We offer a refund full within 7 days after purchase, provided that no complete module has been viewed or downloaded.
Exceptions – No refunds in the following cases:
