Shrimp and mango wrap

Ingredients
- 2 whole-wheat tortillas
- 175-200 g Nordic shrimps
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- ⅓ t. (80 ml) of mangoes finely diced
- ½ red bell pepper cut into thin strips
- A few shoots
- A few drops of lime juice
- Fresh coriander chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, toss shrimp with Greek yogurt, mango, lime juice and cilantro. Season to taste.
