Ingredients

  • 2 whole-wheat tortillas
  • 175-200 g Nordic shrimps
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • t. (80 ml) of mangoes finely diced
  • ½ red bell pepper cut into thin strips
  • A few shoots
  • A few drops of lime juice
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, toss shrimp with Greek yogurt, mango, lime juice and cilantro. Season to taste.
  • Divide the shrimp mixture, peppers and sprouts among the tortillas.
  • Serve with raw vegetables for a complete meal.
