Ingredients: 

  • 250 ml (1 cup) dark chocolate
  • 340 g silken tofu
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) maple syrup or honey
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract

Preparation: 

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to a blender. Puree until smooth. Blend well to create air. Pour mixture into verrines to serve.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until desired consistency is reached. Serve with fruit or biscotti.
