Number of servings : 2-4 portions
Ingredients:
- 250 ml (1 cup) dark chocolate
- 340 g silken tofu
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) maple syrup or honey
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Add remaining ingredients to a blender. Puree until smooth. Blend well to create air. Pour mixture into verrines to serve.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until desired consistency is reached. Serve with fruit or biscotti.
