Nutritious homemade bagels
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups (500 ml) whole wheat flour
- 3-4 tsp (15-20 ml) baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Make small doughnuts, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
