- 1 Food processor
Ingredients
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup dried cranberries (ideally reduced in added sugar)
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts (almonds or pecans)
- 3 tablespoon of hemp seeds
- Shredded coconut for coating
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except coconut in food processor, form into balls, roll in coconut and refrigerate for 30 min.
