Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries  (ideally reduced in added sugar)
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts  (almonds or pecans)
  • 3 tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • Shredded coconut for coating

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients except coconut in food processor, form into balls, roll in coconut and refrigerate for 30 min.
