Ingredients

375 ml (1 ½ t.) walnuts, crumbled 

250 ml (1 cup) almond or peanut butter 100 % natural 

4 egg whites 

125 ml (½ cup) cocoa powder 

60 ml (4 tbsp.) maple syrup 

5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Stir until well combined. The dough will be sticky and thick.
  3. Using a tablespoon, spoon the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
