Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted and soaked 10 min if dry
  • ½ cup cup walnuts or almonds
  • ¼ cup wild blueberry powder
  • 2 tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a food processor, chop nuts, seeds and wild blueberry powder.
  • Add the dates and vanilla, then blend until a sticky paste forms.
  • Form small balls with your hands.
  • Roll in a little wild blueberry powder for a colourful effect and even more flavour!
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
