Ingredients

  • t. (80 ml) quick-cooking rolled oats
  • t. (80 ml) plain lactose-free Greek yogurt
  • t. (80 ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) camelina or chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) ground flaxseed
  • ½ t. (125 ml) choice of berries
  • Banana slices
  • Fillet of nut butter or seeds of your choice
  • Spices of your choice (e.g. cinnamon and ginger)
  • Maple syrup drizzle

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except maple syrup in a Mason jar.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, add a drizzle of maple syrup.

Notes

For those with a hearty morning appetite, top it all off with 2 eggs or a combination of 1 egg and 2 egg whites.
*Make sure it is certified gluten-free if you are celiac or gluten-intolerant.
