Energy bars with dried wild blueberries
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almonds crushed
- ½ cup wild blueberries dried
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon flaxseed ground
- ½ cup almond butter or tahini
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ cup applesauce unsweetened
- 2 tablespoon water if necessary
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine oats, almonds, dried wild blueberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Add almond butter and applesauce. Mix well until smooth.
- If the dough is too dry, add a little water.
- Pour the mixture into a square mould lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
